subscription release that wowed us on filter and espresso right around this time last year. It rocked us with a funky vibrance not often associated with Brazilian coffees, and it became a fast favourite.
Well friends, it’s back — and as high as the bar was set, it still blew us away. With producer Natalia Brito at the helm, the Jaguara farm has another year of innovation and experimentation under its belt, and the result is undeniable.
This lot underwent 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation in barrels before sunbathing on raised beds, netting a flavour profile positively popping with
sweet-tart berry notes, syrupy body, and a soft finish.
