In a glorious celebration of “culture”, producer Julio Cesar Madrid added yeasts and bacteria grown on passion fruit and panela to the coffee during its fermentation phase. Combined with the micro-organisms native to the coffee farm, these starter cultures help create ideal conditions for coffee fermentation and contribute vibrant characteristics to the final flavour profile.
The result is a coffee worthy of celebration — a sensational exhibition of fruity, boozy tasting notes and aroma that epitomizes House of Funk's love of innovation, experimentation, and flavours that challenge the status quo.
