JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

SALARY: $23.00-$25.00 per hour + overtime and tips

EXPECTED HOURS: No more than 40 per week

REQUIREMENTS

    • experienced brewer 1 year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member our taproom team, you will be responsible for:

  • Operate brewing equipment and follow recipes to produce high-quality beer
  • Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and other variables during the brewing process
  • Clean and sanitize brewing equipment to maintain a hygienic brewing environment
  • Package finished beer into kegs, bottles, or cans
  • Maintain accurate records of brewing activities and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with other team members and Coffee Roastery to ensure efficient production and quality control
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • The ability to follow and understand SOP’s
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg malt bags and maneuver up to 75kg kegs
